Café Rouge was created with a simple vision: to bring exceptional coffee, fresh food, and genuine hospitality to the Stanford Law School community.
 

What began as a passion for crafting high-quality meals and beverages evolved into a welcoming campus café where students, faculty, staff, and visitors can gather throughout the day. From handcrafted espresso drinks and fresh pastries to wholesome breakfasts and lunches, every item is prepared with an emphasis on quality ingredients and thoughtful execution.
 

The name Café Rouge—French for “Red”—is inspired by our signature red coffee cart, a symbol of our commitment to creating memorable experiences through great coffee and warm service.
 

Today, Café Rouge at Russo is more than just a café. It’s a place to meet, study, recharge, and enjoy delicious food and drinks in a welcoming atmosphere. Every cup we serve and every meal we prepare reflects our dedication to quality, community, and hospitality.
